Added 2 new weapons - 

Electric Ball - a bouncy metal ball that counts down 3 seconds before releasing an electrical charge that disables vehicle control.

BoltGun - Fires an electronic Bolt that does high damage and disables vehicles.

Added in a Boost Pickup.

Added POV adjustment depending on vehicle speed.
Added in Raider bots and Raider Turrets to Free Roam.

Further Tweaks to vehicle handling such as weight and suspension along with acceleration for all vehicles.
Added in more assets, Completely reworked the main Freeroam map.

Tweaked some maps

Added in 2 additional zones to free roam accessible once you use the RAM to destroy the Blockades.
