RV0.49!

Updated a lot of the features to the game,  things that didn't work now do, finalized the color purchase screen, added in all color variations to cars.

Fixed up all  the UI and HUD screens, reworked some textures.
Added the Arena.

Started Work on a couple more Race Tracks!
