Version 0.47 update

Most functional and complete version of the game yet.

Ai health now working, weapons do damage - Weapons still only apply to player car, not ai.

weapons added - Single shot - Auto Cannon - Mine - RAM

race tracks are pretty much complete.

main menu is almost complete

settings menu finished

added beetle car for purchase

performance tweaks.

almost finished all of the shop menus, only one car left to implement.
only things left to do is to work on the Vehicle Racer AI and the Waster (Bandit AI)
