1.0.4 never got uploaded as some of the maps where incomplete.

skipped to v1.0.5 - now with colour coded doors and unlock pads, all new maps!

adjusted player colour

added in 4 coloured doors to unlock on levels

added pickup light fade in and out 

added high point special green pickup that gives bonus points (if you find them)
